Phase 1:  The initial consultation to see if I am the right fit 

You need to feel comfortable with the therapist you choose because this has a significant influence on the success of your treatment.

Some questions you might want to consider include

  • Will I be able to meet your treatment goals?  
  •  Do you feel comfortable working with me?
  •  Can we agree on fees and a meeting schedule?

I am happy to help you answer the questions above and can also help you determine if there are other considerations that you might weigh.

If I am a good fit, we can set up a session.  If not, I will provide you with referrals for clinicians and/or resources to better meet your specific needs.
